Oh my goodness – I purchased some beautiful raspberries this week. Sometimes they’re not so good, but this time they were tender, juicy and sweet. And then it came to me, chocolate and raspberries… and a new smoothie!
Chocolate Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Have it as a meal, a snack or even dessert. Use whatever type of milk and yoghurt you prefer – I use non-fat. I prefer using fresh raspberries, but you can use frozen instead of using ice cubes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup plain yoghurt
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 scant tablespoon cocoa
- 2-4 tablespoons honey (to taste)
- 2-3 mint leaves
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
- Blend until smooth.
