Chocolate Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Oh my goodness – I purchased some beautiful raspberries this week.  Sometimes they’re not so good, but this time they were tender, juicy and sweet.  And then it came to me, chocolate and raspberries… and a new smoothie!

Chocolate Raspberry Mint Smoothie

Serves: 1
Have it as a meal, a snack or even dessert. Use whatever type of milk and yoghurt you prefer - I use non-fat. I prefer using fresh raspberries, but you can use frozen instead of using ice cubes.
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 scant tablespoon cocoa
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.
